The industrial sector is every little boys dream come true. Big machinery, massive projects, moving dirt from one place to another… I remember seeing my first giant dump truck. It’s literally a building on wheels, with tires taller than semi-trucks and long staircases to take you to the cockpit. Equal parts fascinating and terrifying at the same time.

From these larger-than-life vehicles to generators the size of a hallway, down to microscopic pieces of technology that is smaller and more delicate than an insect. It’s these cutting-edge marvels of modern-day engineering that make the world go round and keep civilization moving forward. As with all advances in society throughout history, it should be documented by someone as interested in the engineering as the person creating or operating the machinery.
